Measures fluids with electromagnetic field
The Grace Instrument M3600 Adjustable
Electromagnetic Field Viscometer is designed to
measure fluids using an adjustable
electromagnetic field. The unit achieves up to 800
Gauss at magnet face, 1,600 Gauss cycling 1
minute on and 3 minutes off, and 3,200 Gauss
cycling 15 seconds on and off 3 minutes off.
The viscometer includes two magnets attached to a
rotor which allows for a rotating magnetic field. A
built-in temperature sensor measures and records
the actual temperature in the sample cup. The
viscosity range is large, measuring from 0.5 to
27,000,000 cP.
