M7610 HPHT Gas Migration Tester

  • Max Temperature: 400°F (204°C)
  • Max Pressure: 2,000 PSI

The M7610 HPHT Gas Migration Tester measures gas migration in real-time during the transitional period of setting cement. The M7610 continuously monitors and plots key test parameters, such as temperature, piston movement, balance output, slurry pore pressure, hydraulic pressure, formation gas flow, and formation gas pressure.

The M7610 HPHT Gas Migration Tester evaluates a slurry’s gas migration potential and severity at downhole conditions, after cementing. The M7610 informs the user of what is the optimal slurry for a well.

When using our software, you can see the flow diagram of the Gas Migration Tester which clearly displays all the measurements alongside the parts of the machine.
