The Grace Instrument M9715 HP/HT Sapphire PVT Visualization Cell is a robust visualization solution for studying one-phase and multiphase behavior of fluids (including gases) during enhanced oil recovery (EOR) testing.
Developed with laboratory efficiency in mind, the M9715 allows for optimal visualization and observation of tested fluids, easily withstanding high temperatures and pressures. This cell is compatible with many fluids, including but not limited to: crude oil, live oil, polymer surfactants, and salt water. Its innovative design makes it easy to set up, use, and clean.
Reliable and Repeatable Testing with Long-Lasting, Durable Materials and Components
To ensure your visualization cell is long-lasting, durable, and extremely resistant to scratches, all Grace Instrument M9715s are made out of sapphire (hardness level of 9 out of 10 on the Mohs scale). The M9715 features a 15 ml (15 cc) volume and vertical graduated volumetric bar with 0.2 ml (0.2 cc) increments for easily reading measurements. All required connections, valves, pistons, sealing piston o-ring(s), and support(s) to ensure the cell securely remains in place in your oven are included and can be customized. The M9715 has six ports total, three up top and three at bottom, that seamlessly transport fluid (including gas) in and out of the cell. (Custom port number available.)
A complementary polycarbonate jacket is included with each cell for added protection from breaking and scratches.
